Register a Representative Office in Ukraine.

Time required for the Registration:  60 business days.
Docs to provide: (i) a duly legalized excerpt about your home company and (ii) a Power of attorney for the director.
State Fee: 2,500 EURO, paid by your company to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine
Employment: Foreigners need to obtain "service cards" to become employees of the RepOffice.
Charter capital is not required.

VAT Taxation: 20% if the company achieves turnover of above USD 47,000 per annum.
